Can we have a swimming pool?
Yes, swimming pools are allowed on any of the homesites so long as they are located within the residential building platform.

Is there a Geotech Report available for each Lot?
A geotechnical report that incorporates the results of ground bearing test results for each residential lot will be provided to QLDC for sign off prior to receiving titles.

Does any covered outdoor area count as floor area?
Rules around maximum building coverage (or floor area) are contained within the Glendhu Station Design Guidelines.

Are basements allowed?
Yes, basements are allowed within the Residential Building Platform.

What level of exterior landscape lighting allowed?
Design controls related to external (architectural and landscape) lighting are contained within the Glendhu Station Design Guidelines.

What is the cost associated with the design review board (DRB) through the approval process?
Costs associated with the Design Review Board approval process are still to be determined.

Are there any renders of the golf course, lake lodge, jetty, and Golf Club?
Imagery of the golf course and associated buildings will be shared once completed.

Have the Jetty, Golf Clubhouse and Lake Lodge been designed?
The Jetty, Golf Clubhouse and Lake Lodge have been designed and will be subject to further design refinement as the design of the golf course progresses.

What is the timeframe around golf course and amenity delivery, and when will works begin?
The golf course is in final design development ahead of construction planned to start spring 2022, with some minor works taking place over winter 2022.

Who will the design review board (DRB) consist of?
As illustrated within the Glendhu Station Design Guidelines, the design review board will typically consist of:
1. Developer Representative
2. Registered Architect
3. Landscape Architect
4. QLDC Representative
5. ROA (Residents and Owners Association) Representative
6. Administrator (non-voting).

What are the extent of trees that are going to be cleared from the land around the proposed golf course, and lakeside?
All exotic conifers, including those with wilding potential shall be removed from the land around the golf course and lakeside.
A number of poplars on the lakeside will also be removed.
